Flat Rate $9.99 to most contiguous US destinations.
$10.99 to the western states.
Alaska and Hawaii are calculated by weight and destination.
We aim to ship orders the next business day. We use UPS and USPS for shipping orders. Please note that custom or special orders will take longer for delivery.
If you have any questions about the availability of an item, please contact us prior to ordering. While we do our best to update our website in regards to product availability, there may occasionally be items that are listed that are no longer available due to being discontinued, manufacturing slow downs, shipping delays etc.
During promotional campaigns or holidays we reserve the right to have longer delivery times.
We also reserve the right for any final sale of certain products (these products will be marked as such on the website).
Customs and import duties and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of the USA that may occur, are the responsibility of the customer to pay. If you live outside of the USA please contact us for a shipping estimate.

Returns
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is defective. Note: defective products must be returned within 45 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags and in the original packaging. Please note: no refunds will be issued for products that have horse hair, dirt, sweat etc. on them. We politely request that if you have tried the item on your horse, you please wipe down the item prior to returning it.

You MUST contact us via Orders@equineexchangestore.com to request a return authorization code prior to returning any item.
Clearance(SALE) items, HELMETS, bits(non trial) and custom ordered items (including custom size bridles) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your order is final sale. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note: the cost of shipping the goods to you will be deducted from the total of your refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the goods to Equine Exchange, LLC. The exception being if the product is defective in which case Equine Exchange, LLC will cover the cost of shipping.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
Returns that are dirty or not in full resalable condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee, or may not be accepted for return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email orders@equineexchangestore.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they were shipped in the wrong size or color, or are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email via orders@equineexchangestore.com or call 610-469-0111. Once your receive your RA# please send your item to:

Please note: the returned items must be in their original condition and in original packaging, in order to be eligible for an exchange.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for exchange or return item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
