What brands do you carry?
We carry a wide selection of top equestrian brands including One K, KL Select, Kerrits, Black Oak, Ovation, and Shire's Equestrian. Stop in or browse our online store at equineexchangestore.com to see our current inventory. If you're looking for something specific, give us a call and we'll do our best to help.
Do you carry kids' riding apparel?
Yes! We carry show and schooling apparel and accessories for riders of all ages.
Do you carry dog supplies?
We do! Dog clothing is available seasonally on the floor, and we always carry treats, toys, collars, and leashes.
How do I know what size a tack item is?
For anything that fits the head, neck, or chest of a horse, we use a color ribbon system to make sizing easy:
  • Blue – Mini / Foal
  • Red – Pony
  • Green – Full-size Horse (average fit)
  • Yellow – Large Horse (17.5" or larger)
Look for the ribbon on the item or ask us for help finding the right size.
Online Orders & Shipping
Can I shop online and pick up in store?
Yes! You're welcome to place an order online and pick it up at our Pottstown location.
What are your shipping rates?
We do not offer free shipping. Standard shipping rates are:
  • Eastern states: $7.99
  • Western states: $9.99
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders: Carrier-based rates at checkout
  • Overweight / oversize items: Carrier-designated rate regardless of destination — noted on the product page
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, store credit is issued. Online orders can be returned or exchanged in store. Please note: consignment items, helmets, and bits are final sale and cannot be returned.
Helmet Fittings
Do you offer helmet fittings?
Yes! We offer professional helmet fittings for riders of all ages. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can call ahead to schedule an appointment. A proper fit is important for safety, and we're happy to help find the right helmet for you or your child.
Consignment
Do you take consignment?
Yes! We accept quality used tack and riding apparel on consignment. For large quantities of items, we ask that you make an appointment. We also maintain a list of items we are no longer able to accept — please call ahead if you're unsure.
How does consignment work?
Consignment payouts are store credit only, split 60% to you and 40% to the store. Pricing can be set by you or by us. For full details on our consignment terms, please see our Consignment page.
Do you consign saddles?
At this time, we do not accept saddles on consignment.
Do you take consignment on weekends?
Weekends tend to be our busiest time, so we generally do not process consignment drop-offs on Saturdays. If needed, a weekend appointment may be arranged — please call ahead.
When does consignment get marked down?
Items are marked down on the following schedule:
  • 8 months – 30% off
  • 9 months – 40% off
  • 10 months – 50% off
  • 11 months – 80% off
  • 12 months+ – donated or becomes property of the store
How do I check my consignment balance?
You're welcome to ask for your balance any time you visit the store, or give us a call and we'll look it up for you. We're also working on a way for you to view your balance online — stay tuned!
Can I use my consignment credit to purchase consignment items?
Yes! Your store credit can be applied toward any purchase, including consignment items.
Blanket Washing & Repair
Do you still offer blanket washing and repair?
Yes! We partner with Donna at Berks Blanket Service for washing and repairs. Donna picks up from our store and returns finished items directly to us — no need to haul blankets anywhere else. Pricing is as follows:
  • Blanket wash: $26
  • Sheet wash: $21
  • Hood: $4
Payment is cash or check at drop-off. Please plan ahead — Donna stops by less frequently in the summer months. Please note: re-waterproofing is not a service that is offered.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes! Our rewards program is free to join and available both in-store and online. Here's how it works:
  • Earn 13 points for every $1 spent (excludes feed and consignment purchases)
  • Reach 4,000 points and receive an $8 off coupon — your first reward!
  • Every 7 visits earns you a free gift

Do you host sales or special events?
Yes! We run seasonal sales, customer appreciation events, and special promotions throughout the year. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date, or check our website for upcoming events.

We are located at 1101 Ridge Road, Pottstown, PA 19465. Our hours are:
  • Monday: 10am – 5pm
  • Tuesday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
  • Saturday: 10am – 5pm
  • Sunday: Closed
