Equine Chia's flax is food grade full-fat milled flaxseed that has been cold milled and grown in the USA. Flax as part of a complete, balanced diet. Flax is rich in protein, fat and fiber which needs to be taken into consideration when adding it to your horse's diet. Flax can help improve coat and hair appearance, improve hoof condition and decrease nervousness, among other things.
